We are seeking a part-time Marketing &amp; Lead Coordination Associate (approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for more) to support our marketing efforts and manage lead flow for our advisory team.Job Summary:This role combines marketing responsibilities with lead management and advisor coordination. You will manage social media, book seminars, and ensure efficient lead assignment and tracking. Ideal for someone outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in marketing and CRM systems.Responsibilities:&middot; Manage social media platforms and create engaging content&middot; Develop and distribute email campaigns and newsletters&middot; Update and optimize website content for SEO&middot; Book and coordinate seminars/webinars (venue, invitations, follow-up)&middot; Business to Business professional outreach&middot; Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)&middot; Organize and segment lead lists&middot; Assign leads to advisors and track outreach progress&middot; Hold advisors accountable through reporting&middot; Maintain CRM or tracking system&middot; Generate weekly/monthly performance reports&middot; Ensure compliance with financial industry marketing regulationsQualifications:&middot; Marketing experience (financial services preferred)&middot; Confidence in business-to-business and professional outreach&middot; Strong organizational and project management skills&middot; Proficiency with CRM systems&middot; Event planning experience (seminars/webinars)&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Comfortable engaging with prospects and clients over the phone&middot; Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesJob Type:Part-time (approximately 15 hours per week, potential for more)Pay:Competitive hourly rate based on experienceBenefits:&middot; Flexible schedule&middot; Performance Bonus Opportunity&middot; Opportunity for growthPay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 10.0 &ndash; 40.0 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Woburn, MA 01801
