We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales &amp; Design Consultant who can help turn qualified leads into completed projects.Qualified leads will be provided.Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with homeowners and prospective clients</li><li>Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software</li><li>Present cabinet and countertop options</li><li>Prepare estimates and proposals</li><li>Follow up with leads and close sales</li><li>Coordinate with installers and project management when needed</li><li>Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience with 2020 Design software</li><li>Kitchen &amp; bath sales and design experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and close deals</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Professional appearance and attitude</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsThis is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.<ul><li>Commission paid on closed sales</li><li>Higher commission opportunities available for self-generated leads</li><li>Qualified leads provided by company</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Access to showroom and product resources</li><li>Unlimited earning potential</li></ul>Experienced kitchen &amp; bath designers with strong closing ability can realistically achieve six-figure income potential.Growth OpportunityWe are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long term.
