We are looking for a strong sales professional with MINIMUM 4 YEARS experience in the Logistics industry, to join our Logistics team in Chennai with good knowledge and customer base who can contribute immediate business.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Hunt new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME accounts</li></ul>&middot; Start convert existing business to company on immediate basis.&middot; Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term growth&middot; Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and sales related activities to achieve targets and revenue&middot; Provide the region operations team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, and revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications, and executing processes to meet customer needs<ul><li>Develop and retain existing customer base</li><li>Build a quality pipeline of SME customers and ensure to get the maximum of customers on board</li><li>Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers</li><li>Deliver presentations about our company products</li><li>Develop expert market knowledge on key focus trades, carriers, routings, sailings, etc..</li><li>Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team</li></ul>* Bachelor degree in Logistics is an advantage<ul><li>Minimum 4 years experience in the freight forwarding industry</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in sales with a focus on developing complete logistics products</li><li>Extensive and proven knowledge of South India Logistics market environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
