 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping KELIN&rsquo;s digital identity, driving engagement, and delivering growth across all social platforms. This role requires strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and the ability to create content that reflects KELIN&rsquo;s elevated brand language.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Content Strategy &amp; Planning
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with product launches, trends, and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute photo/video shoots (model, flat lay, reels, UGC-style).
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft engaging captions and ensure a consistent tone and brand voice.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Content Creation &amp; Publishing
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create reels, stories, static posts, and trend-based content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand aesthetics across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with designers and photographers to deliver high-quality content.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Community Management
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle influencer/creator interactions and coordinate collaborations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Analytics &amp; Reporting
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track content performance using Instagram Insights and other analytic tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (growth, engagement, reach, sales contribution).
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest improvements based on trend insights and data.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Campaigns &amp; Promotions
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute campaigns for new collections, offers, festive drops, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with marketing to integrate ads, emailers, and website messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage influencer tie-ups, barter deals, and paid collaborations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Brand Building
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay updated on Indian fashion trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain KELIN&rsquo;s brand identity consistently across platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring new creative ideas to help the brand stand out digitally.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years experience in social media/content for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Instagram trends, fashion content, and aesthetics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to edit reels/video content (basic knowledge of CapCut/Premiere).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and writing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design &amp; storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of analytics tools, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with influencer marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Photo/video shoot coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of paid ads (not mandatory but a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for women&rsquo;s fashion and styling.
 </li>
