Job SummaryDispatcher / Customer Service Advocate (Redmond &amp; Bellevue WA)Seeking the right person to join our team! Since 1964 we have been serving the Redmond and Bellevue WA area - come join our team!* This is a full-time position. Prefer prior tow experience but will be willing to train the right person! * * This position will include multiple duties such as:- Answering phones and dispatching drivers for police calls, private property impounds and private tows- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office- Providing our customers great service by answering any questions they may have (about process etc.) and communicating timelines and expectations of the towing process * * The right person will:- Present professionally, both in speech and conduct- Clean, well kept appearance- Great communication skills, with drivers, other team members, customers, service partners and the Multiple Police Agencies we work with- Be easily adaptable to daily duties, which can change quickly, based on need- Have a trainable manner, capable of receiving feedback- Having previous customer services experience is a plus * * Requirements:- MUST have Clean Background check (State Patrol mandate)- MUST be able to pass drug test- Basic computer knowledge- Positive Attitude- Good work ethic ** Benefits include Medical, Dental and Paid Time Off.
