This role combines 2+ days/week hosting on camera, and occasional operator support (behind the scenes during the Lives. We&rsquo;re looking for someone with hosting experience, driven, hands-on, and excited to grow with the brand&mdash;not just work for it. If you're passionate about beauty, sales, and entrepreneurship, this is the role for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Host TikTok Lives (2+ days/week): confidently sell and engage on camera</li><li>Take notes on performance, help improve live flow and sales</li><li>Stay open to coaching and sales training</li><li>Bring positive energy and take initiative where needed</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Comfortable on camera and energized by a live audience</li><li>Organized, reliable, and responsive</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset &mdash; willing to put in extra work and grow with the brand</li><li>Familiar with TikTok and social media, or a fast learner</li><li>Experience hosting sales Lives</li><li>Based in LA and available 3 days/week in Koreatown</li><li>Ready to train in December 2025, begin in January 2026</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>$20 - $25/hour (paid directly)</li><li>Up to 20 hours/week</li><li>Work with a viral, female-led startup</li><li>Gain experience in influencer marketing, live selling, and behind-the-scenes production</li><li>Be part of something bigger&mdash;build with us, not just for us</li></ul>About Kirby Kosmetics:Kirby Kosmetics is a beauty brand born in Los Angeles, built on real skin, real shades, and real results.
