At the end of 30 days, interns will be evaluated for potential hire into a paid, part-time position as a Marketing Content Specialist at $30/hour.This is an opportunity to:<ul><li>Receive mentorship from Sales and Marketing professionals, including direct mentorship under our Director of Project Coordination</li><li>Build and showcase portfolio-ready work</li><li>Apply your writing and visual content skills in a real business environment</li><li>Collaborate with a growing software company</li><li>Prove your capabilities and potentially secure a paid role in our business</li></ul>All approved work created during the internship may be used in your personal portfolio and r&eacute;sum&eacute;.What You Will DoAs a Content Marketing Intern, you may learn how to support marketing initiatives across multiple mediums and channels, including:Content Production<ul><li>Write, edit, and produce marketing content across various platforms such as webpages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads</li><li>Draft and schedule marketing emails</li><li>Create social media post content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others</li><li>Assist with the development, production, editing, and posting of ad creatives and marketing copy</li></ul>Copywriting and SEO<ul><li>Craft persuasive, on-brand webpage copy</li><li>Optimize content for SEO, clarity, and conversion performance</li><li>Translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing language</li></ul>Creative and Visual Work<ul><li>Help create or edit social media ads, visuals, and promotional assets</li><li>Support basic video editing for short-form content</li><li>Use marketing and design tools to produce or enhance creative assets</li></ul>Training and SupportWe expect prior writing or content creation education, but full on-the-job training is provided for our systems, tasks, and brand identity**.**This is an educational internship with guidance on both industry best practices and our own internal practices and preferences.Ideal CandidateYou may be a great fit if you are:<ul><li>Educated in writing/marketing/communication or have education-equivalent experience</li><li>An aspiring marketer, writer, content creator, or creative professional</li><li>Skilled in copywriting, content creation, or visual design</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools and social platforms</li><li>Eager to learn, grow, and prove your abilities in a fast moving environment</li><li>Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines</li><li>Teachable, open to feedback, able to learn new information and communicate concepts clearly</li><li>Looking to build a strong portfolio and/or transition into a paid role</li></ul>After the InternshipA high-performing intern may be offered a paid, part-time role as a:Marketing Content SpecialistCompensation: $27/hourSchedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours/weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
