This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients&rsquo; lives while working within a collaborative and innovative practice, we provide the patient valume, systems, and support that allow dentists to grow fast and produce at their true potential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging technology.</li><li>Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and dental terminology understanding, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.</li><li>Utilize dental office software such as Dentrix to schedule appointments, document treatments, and manage patient information efficiently.</li><li>Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during treatments.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices, including endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication techniques.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice as a General Dentist.</li><li>Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings demonstrating proficiency in general dentistry procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient practice management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and HIPAA compliance.</li><li>Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and oral surgery procedures.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex dental concepts clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds; compassionate patient care skills are essential.</li><li>Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to work with pediatric patients is highly valued.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills for managing medical documentation and medical records accurately.</li><li>Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and aseptic technique throughout all procedures.
