<ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.</li><li>Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies.</li><li>Oversee housekeeping, office cleanliness, and security arrangements.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.</li><li>Manage logistics for staff travel, accommodation, and transportation.</li><li>Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative matters such as attendance, payroll documentation, and employee requests.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.</li><li>Monitor utility bills, rent, and other administrative expenses and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.</li><li>Supervise office support staff (drivers, office boys, cleaners, etc.) and ensure discipline and efficiency.</li><li>Maintain an updated inventory of office assets and supplies.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
