Job Title: Attorney &ndash; Hemp Law Group / HLG (Employed by Litson) Location: Nashville, TN Type: Full-time (hiring immediately)About Hemp Law Group (HLG): Hemp Law Group is Tennessee&rsquo;s leading full-spectrum law firm dedicated to serving hemp and CBD businesses with regulatory, licensing, compliance, and defense counsel. HLG operates under a subscription-based model offering 24/7 regulatory and legal support, license and permit management, compliance audits, contract drafting, opinion letters, and defense representation.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced attorney to join HLG (employed by Litson) to support a high-growth practice dealing in hemp and CBD law. You will draft, review, and advise on regulatory, licensing, contracts, and compliance matters across federal, state, and local levels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents</li><li>Provide regulatory and licensing guidance specific to hemp/CBD businesses</li><li>Monitor evolving hemp, cannabis, FDA, and agricultural law and advise accordingly</li><li>Issue opinion letters and regulatory memos to clients, regulators, or third parties</li><li>Advise on compliance, enforcement, and defense strategies</li><li>Work collaboratively with the compliance team and operations to support client needs</li></ul>Qualifications / Skills:<ul><li>Must be a licensed and sworn-in attorney in good standing</li><li>Experience in regulatory law, licensing, or related fields (hemp/cannabis law preferred)</li><li>Strong drafting and analytical skills</li><li>Comfort with evolving and ambiguous legal frameworks</li><li>Ability to stay current on state and federal hemp/cannabis laws</li><li>Self-starter, able to handle multiple issues and collaborate across teams</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with a rising practice</li><li>Access to HLG&rsquo;s firm infrastructure, brand, and client pipeline</li><li>Professional development and exposure in the cannabis/hemp industry</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your resume, writing sample (regulatory or contract work preferred), and cover letter explaining your interest in hemp/cannabis law to clarizz@litson.coJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
