<li>Knowledge of best practices in urban air quality management and emission reduction strategies.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to streamline and execute activities within a given timeframe.</li>
<li>Prepare EOI for Vendor identification and checking their competency and help Municipal Corporations in finalising vendor</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with government bodies, industry partners, community groups, and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Field visits within municipal limits for inspections and documentation</li>
<li>Coordination with multiple departments</li>
<li>Attendance in official meetings, workshops, and review sessions</li>
<li>Planning and attending meeting and preparing minutes of meeting.</li>
<li>Development &amp; Implementation of Air Quality Management Plans:</li>
<li>Lead the formulation of air quality management plans aligned with the goals of the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP).</li>
<li>Ensure the effective implementation of air quality improvement initiatives under NCAP at the local level.</li>
<li>Monitoring &amp; Assessment of Air Quality Data regularly and identify pollution sources within the jurisdiction of municipal corporation.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance on the implementation of pollution control measures to address major sources of air pollution (e.g., transportation, industrial emissions, waste management).</li>
<li>Develop and recommend strategies for pollution reduction and improving air quality.</li>
<li>Work closely with local, state, and central government to ensure alignment with NCAP objectives.</li>
<li>Engage with stakeholders, including industries, NGOs, and community groups, to raise awareness and promote action on air quality improvement.</li>
<li>Analyze air quality monitoring data, prepare detailed reports, and report findings to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Organize workshops, seminars, and public consultations to engage local communities/groups in air</li>
</ul>
 Eligibility:
<ul>
<li>Direct Municipal Experience in Program Execution</li>
<li>Specific Experience with NCAP or Equivalent Schemes</li>
<li>Mandatory Reporting and Data Management Proficiency</li>
<li>Familiarity with NCAP guidelines, air quality standards, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Understanding of national and local air quality management policies and practices.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in air quality management, environmental monitoring, or a related field, preferably with experience in the implementation of NCAP or similar air quality programs.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in air quality monitoring, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports.</li>
</ul>
Residence: Candidate residing in or near Kalyan will be given preference
