Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Sales Support: Assist the sales team with coordination and management of customer orders, inquiries, and quotes for electrical switchgear products.</li>
<li>Order Management: Process and track sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Customer Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and order confirmations.</li>
<li>Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely availability of products.</li>
<li>Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management.</li>
<li>Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless sales process.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator specifically within the electrical switchgear industry.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.</li>
<li>Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical switchgear products and industry standards.</li>
<li>Location: Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate.</li>
</ul>

Sales Coordinator

<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.</li>
<li>Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building materials, hardware, and sanitary products, and market trends in Oman.</li>
<li>Location: Must be based in Muscat or willing to relocate.</li>
</ul>
