Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media &amp; Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for creating social media sales campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company&rsquo;s social media and website properties. In this position you will report directly to the Marketing Manager.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company&rsquo;s social media and website practices over time.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company&rsquo;s brand identity.</li><li>Creating and managing equipment listings on website and Facebook marketplace with effective SEO practices.</li><li>Routine website maintenance, such as updating graphics and descriptions.</li><li>Managing google business profile.</li><li>Creating consistent, meaningful organic and paid content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.</li><li>Communicating with social media and marketplace followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.</li><li>Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to monitor and evaluate the company&rsquo;s social media presence, website and performance.</li><li>Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.</li><li>Performing other duties as needed, such as assisting with traditional marketing efforts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>3 or more years of social media/ web experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.</li><li>Experience using various analytics software, search engine optimization and vehicle listing creation.</li><li>Working knowledge of WordPress.</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:&middot; Graphic Design experience&middot; Video content creation&middot; Influencer Marketing experience&middot; Strong Camera PrescenceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $22 - $30 per hour depending on experienceBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Day range:<ul><li>Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
