<br> <br> <div>Job Description</div> <br> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Work closely with clients to understand their event vision, needs, and expectations.</li> <li>Coordinate all aspects of event planning including timelines, banquet setups, AV requirements, menus, decor, and logistics.</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal hotel departments (Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.)</li> <li>Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs), floor plans, and function summaries.</li> <li>Assist with on-site event management to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experience.</li> <li>Support the sales team with event proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.</li> </ul> <br> <div>Qualifications</div> <br> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 1 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel, event venue, or hospitality setting.</li> <li>Experience handling weddings, corporate events, or high-profile gatherings is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.</li> <li>Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.</li> <li>Highly professional, well-groomed, and guest-focused</li> </ul> <div><br></div>
