We offer motorhomes for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups, providing a unique, comfortable, and immersive travel experience while encouraging sustainable tourism.Position Summary: Drive revenue growth by promoting Bharat Caravans&rsquo; rental services to prospective clients via outbound calls, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to leads from website, social media, referrals, etc.</li><li>Promote caravan rental services professionally and persuasively.</li><li>Generate and update leads in the CRM system.</li><li>Qualify leads, address customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly targets.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Gather market feedback to support marketing strategies.</li><li>Report daily/weekly call and sales activity to the sales manager.</li><li>Participate in training and contribute to improving sales scripts and engagement strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Graduate preferred; diploma or degree in business/marketing a plus.</li><li>Prior telesales experience in travel &amp; tourism or customer service preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of travel itineraries and tourism products advantageous.</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication, persuasive skills, and CRM proficiency.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and commission structure.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per month
