We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and provide an excellent in-store experience to our customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and understand their needs</li><li>Assist customers in selecting baby products, toys, and kids&rsquo; items</li><li>Maintain product knowledge and share features/benefits confidently</li><li>Ensure shelves are well-stocked and store displays are attractive</li><li>Handle billing using POS systems</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and store organisation</li><li>Manage customer queries and provide exceptional service</li><li>Support with daily sales targets and promotions</li><li>Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good communication and customer-handling skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of baby/kids products (training will be provided)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment</li><li>Positive attitude, team spirit &amp; willingness to learn</li><li>Basic computer skills preferred</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Plus Two / Degree</li><li>Freshers can apply</li><li>Previous retail experience is an added advantage</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Attractive salary + incentives</li><li>Friendly work environment</li><li>Staff discounts on products</li><li>Training and career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
