1. Job Summary Prepare and file all necessary documents for the Sales Manager and circulate accordingly corresponding documents within the Sales Department and other departments. 2. Job Responsibilities &amp; Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to) Prepare daily withdrawals Sales / collection reports to the Sales Manager. Transmit Sales Manager instructions to sales team. Type requested letters, faxes, and circulars. Prepare necessary reports to SM upon request. Handle outgoing and incoming phone calls and mail to and from the Sales Manager. File all documents related to distributors, communication, and approvals. Receives signed incentives, volume rebates and trade incentive programs from SM with all supporting documents. Distribute new price lists. Relay all approved quotations to the accounts department, FSM or Sales Team Leaders. Request and distribute stationery to the sales department. Receive all special production order requests, get SM approval and then circulate to Customer Service. Coordinate &amp; follow up with accounting for Daily order, Base price, Special order and related approvals. Supporting SM for Business plan preparation. Communicate &amp; coordinate with the CSD for Item availability, transfer, delivery, Special orders etc. Prepare email for customer compliant or item lab test to QC. Helping SM with Monthly Forecast preparation.Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum High School degree</li><li>A minimum 0 of 2 years&rsquo; experience in similar and related field</li><li>Having electrical/mechanical experience is a must.</li></ul>Emirati national is requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Job Summary<ul><li>Lead, coach and guide the merchandising team in fulfilling daily tasks to</li></ul>ensure proper display of products and availability on customer&rsquo;s shelves.Job Responsibilities &amp; Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)<ul><li>Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.</li><li>Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.</li><li>Prepare &amp; update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing &amp; call cycles of his merchandisers.</li><li>Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks. Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.</li><li>Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.</li><li>Prepare Time sheets &amp; monthly incentive for all his employees.</li><li>Collect and share the competitor activity report.</li></ul>Required Job Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or any other related field.</li><li>A minimum of 1 to 2 years&rsquo; experience in similar and related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD400.000 - KD700.000 per month
