We focus on comprehensive diagnostics and advanced interventional procedures, with a strong reputation among diverse referral sources across the Portland metro region.We do not manage chronic opioid prescriptions. Our practice emphasizes evidence-based interventional care, neurologic evaluation, and electrodiagnostic medicine&mdash;supported by a collaborative, highly skilled team.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Physician dually trained in Neurology and Pain Medicine to join our expanding clinic on a true partnership track. The ideal candidate wants to grow the practice together, shape long-term strategy, and eventually become a co-owner.This position includes interventional pain procedures, neurologic evaluations, EMG/NCS, and supervising non-physician providers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive neurologic and interventional pain evaluations.</li><li>Provide interventional procedures, including:</li><li>Epidural steroid injections</li><li>Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation</li><li>Peripheral nerve blocks</li><li>Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator trials and implants</li><li>Conduct and interpret EMG/NCS (training available; willingness to learn is required).</li><li>Supervise and collaborate with PAs, NPs, and MAs.</li><li>Participate in clinic growth, quality improvement, and strategic planning as part of the partnership pathway.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Board Eligible or Board Certified in BOTH Neurology and Pain Medicine.</li><li>Completion of &mdash; or current enrollment in &mdash; an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.</li><li>Active or eligible for Oregon medical license.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and perform EMG/NCS.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>True partnership track: grow and co-own the practice.</li><li>No chronic opioid prescription management.</li><li>Diverse referral sources and patient population.</li><li>High procedural volume with strong mix of neurology and interventional pain.</li><li>Located in a desirable Portland metro suburb with excellent quality of life.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $250,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Malpractice insurance</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you BE/BC in BOTH Neurology and Pain Medicine?</li><li>Are you willing to perform EMG/NCS?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
