Job descriptionKey Roles and Responsibilities1.&#8288; &#8288;Documentation and Maintenance&#8288; &#8288;Maintain and update regulatory requirements of Store and Crew documents.&#8288; &#8288;Develop reporting documents for the crew.&#8288; &#8288;Prepare store operation formats.2.&#8288; &#8288;Store Management and Operations&#8288; &#8288;Complete store administration and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.&#8288; &#8288;Enforce in-store security and health and safety procedures for the crew and customers as per legal guidelines.&#8288; &#8288;Store finance handling and reporting.&#8288; &#8288;Maintain all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.&#8288; &#8288;Addressing grievances like product complaint / QC complaint / Transit damage etc3.&#8288; &#8288;Customer Experience&#8288; &#8288;Commit to be customer centric management and ensure high levels of customers&rsquo; satisfaction through excellent service.&#8288; &#8288;Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.&#8288; &#8288;Resolve customer complaints to satisfactory levels.&#8288; &#8288;Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction&#8288; &#8288;Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.&#8288; &#8288;Maintain outstanding store cleanliness.&#8288; &#8288;Create and improve store aesthetics and ambience.&#8288; &#8288;Focus on one-minute service.4.&#8288; &#8288;Business and Sales Goals&#8288; &#8288;Prepare monthly business plan.&#8288; &#8288;Create and communicate business targets to crew.&#8288; &#8288;Present weekly review of Business.&#8288; &#8288;Analyze sales and revenue reports and create P&amp;L report.&#8288; &#8288;Analyze consumption trend to create forecasts, Indent vs utilisation&#8288; &#8288;Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.&#8288; &#8288;Developing marketing strategies to raise customers&rsquo; pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.&#8288; &#8288;Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.&#8288; &#8288;Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.&#8288; &#8288;Product saliency tracking based on profitability across each area.&#8288; &#8288;Execute new product launches.5.&#8288; &#8288;Crew Management&#8288; &#8288;Select, recruit, orient, groom and train employees as per the Company standards.&#8288; &#8288;Perform Police verification for new employees.&#8288; &#8288;Prepare Salaries, annual appraisals.&#8288; &#8288;Maintain crew performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.&#8288; &#8288;Schedule crew, allocate work and communicate performance standards.&#8288; &#8288;Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.&#8288; &#8288;Responsible for creating healthy work environment.&#8288; &#8288;Communicate Company&rsquo;s vision, plans, goals, principles, expectations clearly.&#8288; &#8288;Communicate regulatory food safety practices and Company standards mentioned in Store Operation Manual.6.&#8288; &#8288;Inventory Management&#8288; &#8288;Manage and control inventory at all times.&#8288; &#8288;Create Aging Stock AnalysisJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
