The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative leader of the school, responsible for overall strategic planning, academic excellence, staff management, student development, and smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and the ability to create a nurturing, disciplined, and future-ready learning environment.<ul><li>Lead and oversee the school&rsquo;s academic and administrative operations.</li><li>Implement curriculum as per board guidelines and ensure high teaching standards.</li><li>Monitor classroom performance and guide teachers for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment.</li><li>Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Manage school timetables, schedules, events, and daily operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and board affiliations.</li><li>Strengthen parent relationships through regular communication and PTMs.</li><li>Promote student welfare, counselling, and overall personality development.</li><li>Introduce innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools.</li><li>Prepare academic calendars, school reports, and development plans.</li><li>Coordinate with management for budgeting and resource planning.</li><li>Represent the school in community events and external communications.</li><li>Develop and enforce school policies, SOPs, and operational standards.</li><li>Lead co-curricular, sports, and cultural activities for holistic development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
