Despite our growth, we remain steadfast in our commitment to building long-lasting relationships and ensuring unparalleled satisfaction among our partners and customers, by passing the savings of recycled parts onto repair shops and end-users, and contributing to environmental preservation while enabling drivers to get back on the road affordably.Job Overview:The Entry Level Procurement/Data Entry Clerk supports the Procurement Department by accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data related to purchasing activities and vendor information. This role ensures that all purchasing records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company standards while assisting with daily procurement operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and track Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Verify vendor information, product details, and pricing.</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records and files.</li><li>Reconcile Purchase Orders and Invoices to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to identify and fulfill purchasing needs.</li><li>Support the Procurement team with general administrative and data entry tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement, data entry, or a related administrative role.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to negotiate when needed.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Excel or Google Sheets preferred).</li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li></ul>NPC Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity, equality, and inclusion in our workforce.
