Job Overview The Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Tallahassee is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Marketing Coordinator to lead our practice&rsquo;s marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. This individual will also function as a PRC or Practice Referral Coordinator and look to strengthen existing referral relationships and create new referral relationships.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, Google Ads, and print advertising to increase patient engagement and practice visibility.</li><li>Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.</li><li>Optimize online presence through SEO strategies, Google Analytics insights, and performance marketing techniques to improve search rankings and website traffic.</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for local partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, streamline communication workflows, and enhance patient retention efforts.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target demographics to inform strategic planning.</li><li>Write compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral that resonates with diverse audiences.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly using analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing initiatives with practice goals and service offerings.</li><li>Manage budgets for advertising campaigns ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while meeting campaign objectives.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare or dental practices preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies as well as consumer-focused campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of print advertising methods alongside digital channels to create integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Excellent research skills coupled with strong copywriting abilities that produce engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Prior experience in product management or sales support within a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
