We operate with high standards, fast turnaround times, and a commitment to detail. We&rsquo;re looking for someone dependable, teachable, and motivated to grow with us.Position OverviewThis role is a combination of design work and production work. Ideal candidates have solid design experience in wide-format printing and are also comfortable handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting with daily shop operations.Even if your design skills aren&rsquo;t expert-level yet, we will train you on production as long as you&rsquo;re dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign (Preferred Experience)<ul><li>Create vehicle wrap layouts, signage designs, decals, banners, and print-ready files</li><li>Communicate with clients via phone and email about design direction and approvals</li><li>Prepare accurate print files for wide-format production</li><li>Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software</li></ul>Production (Will Train)<ul><li>Load and unload materials (up to 50+ lbs) into HP Latex 360 printers</li><li>Operate laminators and cutting equipment</li><li>Trim prints, weed vinyl, mount graphics</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace</li><li>Have knowledge with Onyx Production Manager</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Reliable attendance and availability during 8:30&ndash;5:30 Monday - Friday (Half Day)</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented work ethic</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow direction</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li></ul>Preferred but not required:<ul><li>Experience designing for wraps, signs, or wide-format printing</li><li>Knowledge of color profiles, bleed setup, and print file prep</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Training on production, equipment, and wrap industry standards</li><li>A stable, respectful workplace with room to grow</li><li>Consistent daytime schedule</li><li>Opportunity to expand into lead designer or production manager role</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
