 Your tasks:
 
 
 
 Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engineering work on RFQs received from customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Study drawings &amp; specifications received in RFQs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical feasibility study
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with customer to get technical clarity
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed BOM, identify manufacturing process steps and identify machines &amp; equipment required to manufacture wire harness products
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify product validation requirements stated by customer &amp; create validation plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Estimate validation cost
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify missing details like drawings, components, specifications etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Support technical sales.and business development activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all technical (RFQ) project data in SIEMENS Team Center software
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate engineering change requests (ECR), execute ECR in co-ordination with CFT and maintain ECN records
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure to meet customer milestones (costing, feasibility, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handover the (RFQ project based) engineering data after project nomination to the development team
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player spirit to support engineering team members in problem solving and cross functional activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Added advantage: knowledge &amp; experience of working on IATF 16949 &amp; VDA 6.3
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication &amp; cooperations with global engineering team
 </li>
 <li>
 Pro-active approach with strong customer focus
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in written &amp; verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently

 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 5-9yrs as Product Engineer
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge about WH product and its processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in RFQ handling, Prepare BOM, Technical feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Validation plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in Team center.
