This internship provides hands-on exposure to key HR functions including administration, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn HR practices and contribute effectively to a dynamic organizational environment.Key Responsibilities:HR Administration<ul><li>Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.</li><li>Support the preparation of HR documents, letters, and reports.</li><li>Ensure HR processes follow company standards and policies.</li></ul>Recruitment Support<ul><li>Assist with job postings, sourcing, and screening candidate resumes.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.</li></ul>Employee Engagement<ul><li>Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.</li></ul>Performance Support<ul><li>Help track performance review schedules and maintain evaluation records.</li><li>Support coordination of training sessions, workshops, and feedback collection.</li></ul>HR Projects<ul><li>Contribute to ongoing HR improvement initiatives and process optimization.</li><li>Assist in implementing HR tools, templates, and updated processes.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support the HR team in documentation and audit readiness.</li><li>Help monitor adherence to HR policies, statutory guidelines, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong interest in HR operations and organizational development.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3-6 monthsPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
