Pano is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our innovative content creation service for CPG brands. If you're a self-starter with a passion for sales and social media marketing, this is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission while working with a growing digital marketing company.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Outreach<ul><li>Complete outreach tasks assigned to you through HubSpot</li><li>Send DMs and emails to leads already in our system</li><li>Make scheduled calls and follow-up calls</li><li>Respond to inbound replies and keep conversations moving forward</li></ul>Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Building<ul><li>Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals</li><li>Maintain and update your active pipeline within our system</li></ul>Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Use our tracking system to log outreach, calls, and conversions</li><li>Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives:<ul><li>$800/month Base Salary</li><li>7% commission on every subscription sale</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Comfortable with cold outreach (email, calls, DMs)</li><li>Experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus</li></ul>Why Join Pano?<ul><li>Recurring Commission: Earn commission every month for the life of each client&rsquo;s paid subscription.
