 The Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a
 
 part-time role (20&ndash;24 hours per week)
 
 , ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and values flexibility within school-friendly hours.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role covers a broad remit across
 
 office administration, HR coordination, finance support, and visa and licensing compliance
 
 through TECOM/AXS.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, and asset tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain company documentation and ensure a professional workspace environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR processes including onboarding, record-keeping, and training administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage petty cash, supplier payments, and finance documentation in coordination with the UK finance team
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle visa, licence, and Emirates ID renewals through TECOM/AXS
 </li>
 <li>
 Support recruitment logistics and occasional team events
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in a business or office support role within the UAE
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general digital organisation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven familiarity with TECOM/AXS and UAE visa procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound understanding of HR and basic finance administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and reliability
 </li>

 AED 10,000&ndash;12,000 per month (pro-rata, depending on experience)
