This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a collaborative environment committed to excellence and growth.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Manage and record all financial transactions using various accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial management tools</li><li>Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Conduct balance sheet reconciliations regularly to verify asset, liability, and equity account balances</li><li>Oversee accounts payable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records</li><li>Handle accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, and customer account management</li><li>Reconcile bank statements through detailed bank reconciliation processes to ensure consistency between bank records and company books</li><li>Maintain precise records of payroll processing, tax filings, and related compliance documentation</li><li>Prepare financial reports such as income statements, cash flow reports, and budget summaries to support management decision-making</li><li>Ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards and governmental accounting regulations when applicable</li><li>Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses against budgets and providing variance analysis</li><li>Support tax preparation efforts by gathering relevant data and ensuring timely submission of tax documents</li><li>Perform 10 key typing for data entry accuracy and efficiency in record keeping</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role within corporate or non-profit organizations</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or comparable platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits &amp; credits, double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation processes</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processing systems and tax regulations related to payroll is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to perform detailed account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation with precision</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and collaborating with team members</li></ul>Join us as a Bookkeeper where your expertise will directly contribute to our organization&rsquo;s success!
