 Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Private) Limited (PQEPC) is seeking a capable and proactive Corporate/Inhouse/Commercial Lawyer
 
 to join our team in Islamabad.
 
 
 The selected candidate will play an essential role in managing legal operations, legal relations, and compliance with company policies and Pakistani regulations.
 
 
 This position requires strong Interpretaion of Laws and Jurisprudence skill, Knowledge Of Corporate Law, and Contract Law, has the ability to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operates as an integral member of the company's legal team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factors/consequences and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and maintains commercial legal policies and procedures and monitors to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advises on legal issues related to the business&rsquo;s operations and commercial transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides legal support and advice on dispute management and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advises the business on related regulatory issues and compliance matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in business such as bidding and procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other relevant work.
 </li>

 Educational Requirements:
 
 &nbsp;Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / Master of Laws (LLM) from any reputed University
