JOB DESCRIPTIONRancho Coastal Humane Society Thrift Shop is looking for happy, customer service oriented, animal loving person to join our team in Cardiff By The Sea, CA. Job responsibilities include sorting and preparing clothes to be sold, merchandising and placing product to the sales floor. This is a busy physical job. Previous Thrift Shop experience a plus.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<ul><li>Sort, Inspect, clean, clothes and tally donations produced for sales floor.</li><li>Assist by identifying boutique brands</li><li>Pushes racks and carts to retail floor and assists in stocking the floor and pulling merchandise.</li><li>Keeps processing and donation areas in a clean, safe and organized manner.</li><li>Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers</li><li>Meet minimum production standards set by supervisor</li><li>Performing other duties in the store as assigned by the supervisor or management</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Knowledge of boutique or brand name clothing.</li><li>Previous experience in a related industry or related field preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently - Bilingual a plus.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.</li></ul>Rancho Coastal Humane Society Thrift Shop offers a competitive wage, paid time off, paid holidays, and advancement opportunities.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
