 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 
 Raptor Power Systems is seeking a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is an ideal entry-level position for a hands-on content creator who is passionate about building a career in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the daily execution of our social media strategy, which includes creating engaging content, producing short-form videos, and managing our online community under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

 Job Responsibility Summary
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Daily Content Creation &amp; Social Media Management:
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and publish engaging content on a daily basis across all social media platforms, including writing posts, designing simple graphics, and producing short-form videos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively produce "social-first" video content, such as Instagram Reels and TikToks, to drive engagement and audience growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute the marketing content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely stream of new material.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to deploy more complex creative assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and assist with community engagement to help grow a loyal following.
 </li>
 <li>
 Website &amp; Analytics Support:
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic content updates on the company website, including text and image changes, as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in compiling data for social media and website performance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Collaboration:
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples of work are highly encouraged).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with creating and editing short-form video for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A genuine passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a website Content Management System (CMS) like Joomla or WordPress is a plus.
