We are looking for a confident and professional Personal Secretary to the CEO to manage executive tasks and ensure smooth coordination across the organization.&#11088; Job Responsibilities: Executive Assistance<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments</li><li>Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries</li><li>Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and official visits</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and company-related information</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official documents</li><li>Maintain filing systems (digital &amp; physical)</li><li>Monitor follow-ups on tasks assigned by the CEO to departments</li><li>Handle documentation related to property valuation reports, banking files, and court matters</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and court representatives</li><li>Handle professional communication on behalf of the CEO</li><li>Assist in client meetings, document reviews, and project updates</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of tasks and smooth workflow</li></ul>Office &amp; Project Support<ul><li>Manage office correspondence, courier, and recordkeeping</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and company forms</li><li>Support the CEO in business development and client management activities</li></ul>&#11088; Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Business Administration / Management preferred)</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant</li><li>Excellent communication skills (spoken &amp; written English + Urdu)</li><li>Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email Management)</li><li>Professional behavior, strong ethics, and confidentiality</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Experience in a corporate environment is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of the property/real estate industries is an advantage (optional)</li></ul>&#11088; What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and learning</li><li>Direct exposure to executive-level operations</li><li>Long-term career potential</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
