This role is key in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly operations. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Assist in supervising assembly personnel and supporting daily assembly activities.</p></li><li><p>
Train, evaluate, and provide direction to Lead Assemblers and Assemblers.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards.</p></li><li><p>
Lead daily and weekly meetings with Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, and Lead Assemblers.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor assembly floor activity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards are met.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure safe operations in the Assembly Department for assigned shift.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with set-up personnel as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Serve as backup for the Assistant Supervisor during absences.</p></li><li><p>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Strong knowledge of assembly processes and procedures.</p></li><li><p>
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).</p></li><li><p>
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>
Computer literacy; production monitoring software experience a plus.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tools &amp; Equipment Used</b></h3><p>
Experience with or ability to learn:<br>
Hand tools, impact tools, soldering iron, L-shaped sealer, sonic welder, drill press, sealer, hot stamper, pallet jacks, phones, computers, copy machines, calculators, and other assembly equipment.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Safety Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Must understand and follow all plant safety rules and regulations.</p></li><li><p><b>
PPE:</b> Safety glasses required in all plant areas; hearing protection as needed.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Ability to work in an industrial environment, moving throughout the plant for extended periods.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to operate assembly equipment as required.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
