Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early intervention, literacy education, and special education, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. As a Team Leader, you will guide and support staff in delivering high-quality educational experiences while ensuring the well-being of every child in our care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to educational standards and best practices.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting effective classroom management techniques.</li><li>Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, including literacy education and special education strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.</li><li>Facilitate early intervention programs to support children requiring additional assistance.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and community resources to enhance child welfare and development.</li><li>Organize tutoring sessions for students needing extra help in specific subjects or skills.</li><li>Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children, including those in toddler care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of early intervention strategies and literacy education practices.</li><li>Familiarity with special education requirements and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and community members.</li><li>Ability to plan engaging lessons that accommodate various learning styles and needs.</li><li>Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support is highly desirable.</li><li>A passion for child welfare and commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference in the lives of children by leading our team towards excellence in education!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
