PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: 
This position requires the ability to operate a variety of utility equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, dozers, directional drills, etc. Must perform all general laborer duties as needed.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1.) Operate a variety of equipment in a safe &amp; productive manner 
2.) Maintain tools and equipment 
3.) Hand dig to locate utilities 
4.) Load and unload equipment from trailer 
5.) Assist in maintaining onsite equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
1.) Out of town travel as required 
2.) Ability to work in adverse weather conditions 
3.) Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
4.) Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed 
5.) Must have a current valid driver's license/CDL preferred
MACHINE/TOOLS USED: 
Various trailers, Dozers, Skid Steer Loader, Compressors, Directional Drill, Other tools/equipment as needed
TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS: 
Previous experience in operation of equipment preferred 
Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman/supervisor Continuous equipment training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required) 
Continuous vehicle training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required) 
Knowledge of company's policies and procedures 
Participate in weekly toolbox meeting

Utility Equipment Operator

We are looking for General Laborers -Pay range $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
 
Outdoor general laborer position, requiring the ability to follow demonstrated direction.
 
This position provides a variety of duties such as loading supplies, digging holes, 
cable handling, locating and spotting existing utilities, providing ground restoration and general clean up.
Starting wages $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1.) Load and unload supplies 
2.) Hand dig holes and trenches 
3.) Pothole utilities 
4.) Feed cable in chute during plow procedure 
5.) Locate and spot existing utilities 
6.) Set utility peds and hand holes 
7.) Assist operator digging around utilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
1.) Out of town travel as required 
2.) Ability to work in adverse weather conditions

Construction Equipment Operator

We are looking for an experienced Backhoe Operator-Pay Range $55,000.00-$75,000.00
Backhoe Operator: Digs around existing buried utilities and exposes them for crossing with the cable plow. Digs lateral trenches from 3-5 feet deep to place cable to pedestals. You will have to dig by hand to verify exact utility locations prior to digging with the backhoe. A Current CDL is preferred. Your interview will include a demonstration of your level of skill. Pay is based on your level of skill.
