 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced
 
 Production &amp; Sourcing Coordinator
 
 to lead sourcing, supplier management, and production coordination across our global network. You&rsquo;ll oversee everything from vetting and onboarding factories to negotiating costs, managing timelines, and ensuring that every Rolling Pin product meets our quality and compliance standards.
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone who&rsquo;s been &ldquo;in the factories,&rdquo; understands manufacturing and global supply chain nuances, and can balance cost, quality, and speed without compromising brand integrity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary liaison between Rolling Pin and our global supplier and manufacturing network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance evaluations&mdash;including documentation, audits, and compliance tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to achieve cost and margin targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Product Development and Design to translate creative concepts into viable, scalable products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate POs, production schedules, and shipment timelines, proactively resolving bottlenecks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess samples, materials, and packaging to ensure they meet Rolling Pin&rsquo;s brand and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain comprehensive supplier data&mdash;costing sheets, vendor performance logs, and certification records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel to factories, co-manufacturers, and trade shows to evaluate new opportunities and maintain partnerships.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Supply Chain Management or Business
 
 (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years
 
 of sourcing, supplier management, or contract manufacturing experience (food, CPG, or confectionery preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to
 
 negotiate and manage global supplier relationships
 
 with tact and precision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on familiarity with
 
 production processes, QA standards, and regulatory documentation
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management, communication, and follow-up skills across time zones and cultures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical ability with comfort in Excel, costing models, and supplier reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with a
 
 solutions-first mindset
 
 who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must travel domestically and internationally for factory visits and trade events, approximately 50%
 </li>
