 What to Expect and What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As an
 
 ESG &amp; Sustainability Consultant
 
 , you will lead sustainability and ESG projects for clients across various industries, helping organizations shape their sustainability strategies, strengthen governance structures, and align with international standards.
 
 
 In this role, you will be part of an experienced team, using your strategic insights to lead impactful projects while developing both your analytical and consulting skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Actively contributing to ESG and sustainability projects and taking on project leadership when required,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting sustainability reporting, climate risk analysis, double materiality assessments, and greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations in line with
 
 TSRS, IFRS S1/S2, ESRS, SBTi, GRI,
 
 and
 
 TCFD
 
 standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting independent assurance engagements in accordance with
 
 ISAE 3000/3410
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring evolving ESG regulations and guiding clients through their compliance processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with Partners and teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who Are We Looking For?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking professionals who see sustainability not merely as a trend but as the foundation of the future individuals who combine analytical thinking, strategic vision, and advisory expertise.
 
 
 
 
 
 You might be the one we&rsquo;re looking for if you:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Have
 
 4&ndash;6 years of experience
 
 in ESG or sustainability, including at least 2 years in a consulting or leadership position,
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess solid knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability strategies, and regulatory standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Have strong analytical thinking, reporting, and stakeholder management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Are fluent in both Turkish and English, written and spoken.
 </li>
