 Construction Project Executive

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 New Facility Construction Projects
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage all phases of new facility projects (feasibility, budgeting, design, tendering, construction, and handover)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare investment budgets and regularly report cost and expenditure controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and coordinate architectural and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare tender documents, manage tender processes, and oversee contractor selection and contract management
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on permit and approval processes with public authorities and municipalities
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise site works for compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve progress payments and manage related approval workflows
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Maintenance and Repair of Existing Facilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate maintenance and repair needs across facilities nationwide
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage site inspections, cost estimations, bidding, and contractor selection processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all maintenance and repair works are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct on-site acceptance and provisional handover procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and monitor annual maintenance budgets and report progress
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
 </li>
 <li>
 8-9 years of experience in project management and on-site construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in all phases of investment projects (design, tender, contract, construction, delivery)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in obtaining permits and approvals from public authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and progress payment management
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
 </li>
