 Sales Executive
 
 who can confidently pitch our
 
 US Truck Dispatching Services
 
 to trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners. If you understand the trucking industry, can build strong client relationships, and love closing deals &mdash; this role is built for you.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 outbound B2B calls
 
 to US trucking companies, fleet owners, and independent drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify prospects, qualify leads, and understand their dispatching needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Present and pitch our dispatching services clearly and confidently
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, terms, and service plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term relationships and maintain a strong client pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with interested leads and close deals effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and weekly progress reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in B2B sales
 
 (Logistics/Dispatch industry preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence in speaking with US clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to explain dispatching services in a simple, compelling way
 </li>
 <li>
 High energy, target-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in computers, CRM tools, and lead-tracking systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, persuasive, and committed to achieving results
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience in
 
 Truck Dispatching sales
 
 or US Logistics campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of US trucking lanes, load boards, and industry challenges
 </li>
