LtdProfile: HR RecruiterIndustry: RPO / Executive searchSalary: Hike on current ctcQualification Required: Any Graduation / PGSkills Required: Good Communication, command in English language, Convincing abilityRoles &amp; Responsibilities:&Oslash; Sourcing candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.&Oslash; Screening the resumes of the candidates on the basis of the criteria for the position.&Oslash; Evaluating the candidate's profile, career aspirations and role fitment and counseling them on how the job offered suits best to their career.&Oslash; Submit CV's to clients and coordination for feedback until the position is closed&Oslash; Supporting in all recruiting activities like walk-in interviews, mass e-mailing, job posting etc.&Oslash; Following up on the interview process status&Oslash; Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process&Oslash; Completing timely reports on employment activity&Oslash; Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.Will be assisting the Assistant Manager for the profiles shared&Oslash; Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements&Oslash; Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.Pay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
