Associate Warehouse Manager</b></div>

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT</b><br>
Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient product handling. Deliver high-quality, properly labeled products at the most competitive cost while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.</div><br>

SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP</b><br>
Leads, motivates, and develops warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.</div><br>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Ensures all products are packaged accurately and meet weight and labeling requirements.</li>
<li>Oversees shipping and receiving processes to maintain accuracy and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Maintains precise inventory counts of bagged and stored products.</li>
<li>Operates equipment such as forklifts, mixers, baggers, and treaters in a safe and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Monitors daily warehouse activities, identifies issues, and recommends process improvements to the Warehouse Manager.</li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>May assist with driving and running local errands as needed, or provide support at other facilities.</li>
<li>Performs additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.</li></ul><br>

REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of receiving, maintaining, labeling, and shipping procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrates key strengths in teamwork, communication, customer service, and decision-making.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a satisfactory driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate warehouse machinery safely.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification.</li></ul><br>
