Sharon Middle SchoolBuilding Substitute positionDaily pay rate: $125Hours: 7:30 am -2:15 pmResponsibilities:<ul><li>In the absence of the classroom teacher, provide instruction and manage the learning environment.</li><li>Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives.</li><li>Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.</li><li>Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration.</li><li>Monitor Lunches</li><li>Monitor building breakout spaces and hallways</li><li>Perform other duties as directed by school administration.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Able to adapt to sudden work assignment changes in response to immediate school/district needs.</li><li>Work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Work cooperatively with students and SPS employees.</li><li>A sense of humor and a proven ability to work in a polite and friendly manner with all employees and community members.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $125.00 per dayWork Location: In person
