Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and professional environment for clients. This role offers opportunities to perform esthetic treatments, manage client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our medusa. A comprehensive understanding of salon, spa or medusa industry and social media management is preferred to help promote services and engage with clients effectively.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, peels and skin rejuvenation procedures.</li><li>Provide expert skincare consultations tailored to individual client needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products.</li><li>Manage client appointments using salon or spa software such as Vagaro.</li><li>Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations.</li><li>Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatments that meet client needs, upselling where appropriate.</li><li>Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.</li><li>Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and increase brand visibility.</li><li>Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, receiving calls, scheduling appointments, and providing guest services to ensure a welcoming experience.</li><li>Assist with managing inventory levels for skincare products and esthetic tools.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and esthetic procedures.</li><li>This is a part-time position</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with relevant certifications for facials, peels and more.</li><li>Proven experience in a spa or salon environment with knowledge of management systems like Vagaro is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience in social media management for business promotion is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting.</li><li>Background in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations.</li><li>Join our team to deliver outstanding esthetic services while fostering a relaxing environment that keeps clients coming back!</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
