If you are passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing multichannel marketing strategies that include social media marketing, email campaigns, print advertising, and digital advertising efforts such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Support content marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials using strong copywriting skills.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform campaign planning and optimization.</li><li>Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track leads, and nurture customer relationships effectively.</li><li>Monitor website analytics through Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Assist in managing budgets for advertising campaigns while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by updating content on WordPress websites, optimizing SEO strategies, and implementing HTML adjustments when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with print vendors and digital platforms to ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), performance marketing, and B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter for business purposes.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic content creation tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign success.</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress CMS (Content Management System) along with basic HTML skills for website updates.</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail to craft engaging messaging tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Experience in advertising sales or sales support is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about emerging trends in digital marketing such as E-commerce strategies and performance-based advertising.
