Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our Industrial Construction team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment per project specifications.&middot; Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.&middot; Maintain accurate purchase orders and track deliveries to meet project timelines.&middot; Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site supervisors to forecast material needs.&middot; Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Qualifications:&middot; Previous experience in purchasing or procurement within industrial construction or related field.&middot; Strong verbal, written, negotiation, and communication skills.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)&middot; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.&middot; High attention to detail and organizational skills.&middot; Strong numerical and analytical skills for cost tracking and budgeting.&middot; Demonstrates confidence and adaptability in a team setting.&middot; Ability to follow leadership direction and learn new processes.Preferred Education:Associate degree in one of the following:&middot; Business Administration&middot; Supply Chain Management&middot; Construction Management&middot; Industrial TechnologyBenefits:&middot; Competitive salary: $85,000 to $105,000 annually&middot; Paid Vacation&middot; Health &amp; Dental Insurance&middot; 401K Matching&middot; Opportunities for career growth.&middot; Collaborative and safety-focused work environment.Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>purchasing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Green Bay, WI 54304 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
