The ideal candidate will assist with construction tasks in various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.*Duties*- Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the project begins- Load and unload construction materials- Operate and maintain equipment under supervision- Clean and clear debris from work areas- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time*Skills*Required:- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks- Ability to work well in a team environment- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelinesNice-to-have:- Prior experience in construction or related field- Knowledge of basic hand toolsWill work closely with myself who owns and manages the company.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 50 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Veedersburg, IN 47987 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
