 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and analytical
 
 Business Analyst
 
 to support our data and operations functions while driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and a bias for execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the operations team to optimise workflows, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the design and rollout of new business initiatives and pilot programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve key business challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align business objectives with operational execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop process documentation, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Programming languages(Python), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritise, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working in high-growth or tech-enabled environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with process automation or CRM tools
 </li>

 Exposure to business process improvement or Lean methodologies.
