Job Title: UI/UX TrainerLocation: Azhagiyamandapam, Thuckalay (Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu) Experience Required: 1&ndash;4 years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Trainer to join our design and technology education team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Research, and popular design tools, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.You will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions, guiding students through real-world design projects, and ensuring they gain a strong understanding of design principles, tools, and workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver interactive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.</li><li>Teach topics such as Design Thinking, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Information Architecture, and Visual Design.</li><li>Train students on UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.</li><li>Help students understand user journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.</li><li>Guide learners in creating portfolio projects (apps, websites, dashboards).</li><li>Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments based on industry standards.</li><li>Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to improve student projects.</li><li>Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and practices in UI/UX design.</li></ul>Required Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong command of Figma and/or Adobe XD for UI/UX design and prototyping.</li><li>Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and Human-Centered Design.</li><li>Understanding of Color Theory, Typography, Layout, and Visual Hierarchy.</li><li>Familiarity with User Research, Wireframing, and Usability Testing.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in creating interactive prototypes and presenting design concepts effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Trainer, or Instructor.</li><li>Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops preferred.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to explain design concepts clearly and visually.</li><li>Strong mentoring and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for detail.</li><li>Patience and enthusiasm for guiding students.</li></ul>Salary Range<ul><li>&#8377;2.5 LPA &ndash; &#8377;5.0 LPA (Depending on skills, experience, and teaching ability).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
