You&rsquo;re a people-first HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference. You bring:
<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field
</li></ul><ul><li>SHRM or similar certification (preferred)
</li></ul><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, including leadership roles
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in senior living or healthcare (a plus!)
</li></ul><ul><li>A track record of managing a small team
</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do
As our Human Resources Director, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our incredible team. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Leading recruitment efforts and onboarding new team members
</li></ul><ul><li>Managing employee benefits and serving as the go-to for insurance questions
</li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing compensation studies and supporting the annual budget process
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining and updating employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR policies
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
</li></ul><ul><li>Handling workers&rsquo; compensation, unemployment claims, and safety programs
</li></ul><ul><li>Conducting training sessions and supporting employee development
</li></ul><ul><li>Acting as a trusted advisor for staff and leadership on HR matters
</li></ul><ul><li>Supervising HR support staff and managing payroll and performance reviews
