About the job Restaurant General Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium dining and operational excellence? Were looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai a brand known for innovation, authenticity, and award-winning culinary excellence.About the Role:As General Manager, youll be responsible for end-to-end operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and P&L accountability. You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service, high team morale, and strong financial performance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations of the new restaurant to ensure a world-class guest experience</li><li>Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing front and back-of-house team</li><li>Oversee quality control, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance</li><li>Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs</li><li>Drive revenue, profitability, and manage budgets, costs, and forecasts</li><li>Maintain vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory management</li><li>Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed</li><li>Monitor KPIs, service standards, and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office</li><li>Coordinate marketing, events, and customer engagement initiatives</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>710 years of F&B industry experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior role</li><li>Proven experience in fine-dining or premium casual dining environments</li><li>Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor controls, and cost management</li><li>Exceptional leadership, team-building, and training skills</li><li>Deep knowledge of UAE hospitality trends, customer behavior, and local regulations</li><li>Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Experience with launching or opening new restaurant locations is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred</li></ul>Job Location:Dubai, UAE New Branch of 3 Fils RestaurantWhat We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Visa + Medical + Annual Ticket + Company Benefits</li><li>An opportunity to grow with an iconic brand in an exciting new chapter</li></ul>Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the above criteria will be contacted.
